Alma Nine Elms — Tronc

1 · This month

Base rate applies to everyone without a salary. National Living Wage from April 2026 is £12.71. The rate is saved with the month, so past months keep the rate that applied then.

2 · Scheme rules

One pool for the whole team. The Head Chef (and a General Manager, if there is one) takes a fixed % of the total pot off the top and sits outside the points pool; everyone else shares the rest by points = hours × role × service, with weekend hours uplifted. Rules are shared across all months; change them only when the scheme changes.

3 · Team hours & pay

Name, department, role, start date, hourly rate and salary belong to the person and carry over to every month. Weekday and weekend hours belong to the month. Leave the hourly rate blank to use the base rate. For the Head Chef (or a GM) enter the annual salary; their pay shows as salary ÷ 12 plus their fixed share. Someone who works both FOH and BOH can be listed twice. Removing a person hides them from new months; past months keep their hours.

4 · What the team earns on average (hourly staff only)

Full-time month = 160 hours. "Annualised" = that monthly figure × 12 at the same pot.

5 · Salaried people at this pot

Annual tronc assumes every month's pot is the same as this one — a run-rate, not a promise.
